Location, location, location!!! Steps away from the Convention Center, a block from the Performance Center, and near San Jose State, the Westin is in the center of a great activity hub. You also have multiple restaurant options (flavors and fares) within a block radius of the hotel. We drove to the city and the access from and to the freeway was easy and really close. If you are moving through the city, there is plenty of public transportation right at the front door. The Front desk staff was courteous and genuinely interested in helping us enjoy our stay. No pool, pet friendly, and beautiful!

John at the front desk was exceptional. He made the check in process easy and quick. He gave us an upgraded room and made sure we knew what else the hotel had to offer. The upgraded king room was spacious and a great size for a couple. The bed and pillows were comfy. The rooms also came with free coffee/ tea and water. We only stayed for one night, but I would stay again. The parking lot across the street was 23 dollars which was decent for overnight parking. We didn't go when the lot was full but it looks like some days it can fill up quickly.

Vanessa

we went to San Jose from LA to see Depeche Mode. they played at the SAP around the corner and left in the morning. for out needs perfect. amazing beds I never slept so well. we go t a small room for one night only as well as the ladies. hey we are seniors still traveling to see our favorite bands

Floyd

The only option for parking is valet parking, which is not good, have only space for 3 cars on side of street to wait and is not safe. We circled around two times to see if we coukd park to check in and it was not possible. We ended up parking far away on residential road and took an uber to hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful and I love the beautiful architectural details of the building. The staff is friendly and they are quick to help if you need it. I also appreciated that the WiFi is free, as most higher end hotels like to charge for WiFi.
